How does the unit handle cold crank voltage dips?

The unit includes support for ignition control input. This functionality ensures that the computer will not activate until it detects the ignition control signal. Subsequently, an internal timer initiates a countdown (default of 30 seconds but programmable) and once the timer reached zero, the computer will turn on automatically after the power is stable.

What kind of video card can I put inside this unit?

The unit can accommodate lower power video cards since it is a fanless unit. Cybernet has deployed many units with Nvidia GT1030 or similar class video cards. Please note that adding a video card will limit the operating temperature of the unit to 0°C-35°C.

Do you offer services to load my image on to units prior to leaving your facilities?

Yes. All products sold by Cybernet undergo final assembly and quality control in the USA. We offer free software image integration services to save our customers a time-consuming step in their process of loading the software image. Simply contact our technical services team or your account manager to get started.
