Check Warranty Status
Provided you have registered your product you can check on the status of your warranty. To check the warranty status of a particular computer, enter its serial number to get the expiration date of your warranty. The serial number is on the back of your unit. Simply enter that number into the field below and click "Check Warranty".
Warranty Terms
Cybernet Manufacturing offers a 1-year, 2-year and 3-year limited warranty on all of our computers depending on the model. We also have options for extened warranties for up to 4 or 5 years. Register Your Product
You must register your all-in-one PC in order to be eligible for warranty coverage. You'll need your serial and invoice numbers to register. Find your serial number on the back of the unit. The invoice number will be on the packing slip that was enclosed with your PC. Once you have both, click the button below to register.
Knowledge Base
Cybernet maintains an extensive Knowledge Base of articles to help you address common issues or find fixes for our current or legacy all-in-one devices. All Knowledge Base articles can be filtered by device, or you can search by keyword to more quickly find what you need.
Downloads
Cybernet has compiled a list of the downloads you might need for your Cybernet computer in one place. Check for the latest software drivers, BIOS updates, and user manuals for your all-in-one PC. Downloads are sorted by model name, and can be further filtered by OS.
