Providence Health Chooses Cybernet For Massive Anesthesia Overhaul
May 27, 2021Irvine, CA 6/1/21 – Providence Health, one of the largest private healthcare systems in the United States, has chosen Cybernet Manufacturing to be their computer hardware supplier for a nationwide overhaul to their anesthesia machines. Providence will be deploying hundreds of the CyberMed S24k 4k medical computers on their anesthesia machines in a phased rollout of Epic Software’s OpTime anesthesia application.
The resolution offered by the CyberMed S24k, coupled with the 24” screen size, will allow anesthesiologists to view far more pertinent data without having to scroll than a standard definition monitor would allow. On top of that, the S24k is a medical grade unit that features an antimicrobial* casing to protect the computer from degradation or deterioration, fanless cooling, 60601-1 certification, and is IP65 rated for easy disinfection.
“We are extremely proud to have been able to build a relationship with Providence over the past several years. The fact that they would entrust Cybernet with such an important project speaks volumes to the reliability and performance of Cybernet computers,” said Ali Bagheri, VP of Global Operations. “We are excited to see this relationship continue to grow and develop over the coming years.”
Providence Health is one of the largest healthcare systems in the country operating 51 hospitals and more than 1,000 clinics. Providence facilities can be found throughout the western part of the United States (Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, and Texas).
