What cleaners or disinfectants are compatible with your units?

We test our computers with a wide range of disinfectants to ensure compatibility. This includes 70% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), Cavi Wipes, Sani-Cloth Wipes and 6% Sodium Hypochlorite. You can find a list of compatible disinfectants in our knowledge base.

Can I use leather or rubber gloves with your touchscreens?

The standard touchscreen on our units are PCAP-type similar to the common smartphone touchscreen. As such, they will not work with leather or rubber gloves. We do offer a secondary touchscreen option for special projects that are resistive type and can support both leather and rubber gloves. Please reach out to our sales team for additional information.

Do you offer an anti-glare display?

Yes. We offer an anti-glare option on all of our units to overcome bright areas.

Why should I buy an all-in-one touchscreen PC versus a Dell or HP computer?

Opting for an enterprise-grade computer ensures enhanced reliability and profit-loss from down time. Whether it's due to heavy vibrations, constant exposure to dust and water, or a high chance of damage, these environments demand a different kind of computer that is designed to operate in these conditions such as our IPC units. Additionally, the typical Dell or HP computer only offers the latest and greatest ports and options, following the consumer PC market. However often times enterprise applications require more legacy ports such as serial/parallel ports or GPIO/DIO.

Yes. The processor and related components are ready for Windows 11 and fully supported.

Do you provide drivers compatible with Microsoft Configuration Manager?
